Kerry is trying to calm Sunni allies, like Saudi Arabia, over Iran's presence in Iraq.
Iran's elite Revolutionary Guard is fighting along side Iraqis in the battle against ISIS.
Kerry is meeting with Saudi's new ruler, King Salman to insure that the anti-ISIS coalition does not fall apart.
I am beginning to see the line between the good guys and the bad guys unravel.

As fighting led by Iran's Revolutionary Guards and the shadowy commander of its Quds force rages in the birthplace of Saddam Hussein, Secretary of State John Kerry made his way to Saudi Arabia to corral the anti-ISIS coalition members and reassure the Sunni-led Gulf states the U.S. does not plan a quote "grand bargain" with Iran.
“So, the first step is, make sure they don't have a nuclear weapon. But nothing else changes the next day, with respect to our joint commitment, to stand up against any other kind of interference of violation of international law, or support for terrorism,” Kerry said.
Among Kerry's goals in meeting with Saudi's new ruler, King Salman, was to insure an already wobbly anti-ISIS coalition does not fall apart.
"The situation in Tikrit is a prime example of what we are worried about. Iran is taking over the country," Saud al-Faisal, Saudi's foreign minister told reporters after meeting Kerry. "[Iran] promotes terrorism, it occupies lands. These are not the features of a country that seeks to improve its relations with its neighbors.”
Kerry met the foreign ministers of UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Saudi Arabia in Riyadh. All of them Sunni and all of them worried about Shiite Iran's real intent in Iraq and Syria.
